Kiddom is a fast-growing digital curriculum company serving K-12 districts nationwide, helping redefine the space through its Learning Intelligence Technology (LIT) and high-quality instructional materials (HQIM).
In 2024, Kiddom restructured its go-to-market strategy and built a direct sales force. That shift required one major missing piece: a professional sampling program to strengthen its presence with districts. To grow quickly, Kiddom needed a partner with the capacity, operational expertise, and infrastructure to design and run that program from the ground up.
Drawing on its experience supporting publisher curriculum programs, HyverHub architected a system built around Kiddom, covering cost modeling, packaging design, procurement, manufacturing, storage, and nationwide fulfillment.
By year two, Kiddom’s sampling volume had increased 5x and contributed to 3x organizational growth, helping its sales team reach more districts with the right materials at the right time.
Kiddom needed a sampling program that could keep pace with rapid sales growth and drive curriculum adoption across schools and districts. Like many fast-growing curriculum providers, it was navigating:
A market dominated by larger publishers with long-established sampling and direct sales ecosystems.
A sampling operation still in its early stages, without dedicated infrastructure or fulfillment expertise.
Limited visibility into true sampling costs and forecasts for budgeting.
An evolving packaging strategy, with sample form factors still to be defined and standardized.
Limited experience sourcing promotional and sample components in volume.
Storage and operational capacity not yet designed or secured for rapidly increasing volumes.
Kiddom understood the strategic importance of getting the right materials into educators’ hands. As it scaled, it made a deliberate choice to bring in outside expertise to turn that strategy into reality.
Beginning in August 2024, Kiddom and HyverHub set out to design a scalable, sustainable sampling program tailored to Kiddom’s new sales model.
The work was intentionally collaborative. Kiddom brought deep curriculum knowledge and a strong brand identity. HyverHub brought the operational and logistical engine to turn that vision into a program that runs at scale.
From the first cost model to the last shipment, HyverHub built and runs the full sampling operation.
HyverHub built a clear financial roadmap with:
This gave Kiddom confidence in its investment and clarity for leadership planning.
Kiddom’s branding agency led the creative. HyverHub engineered the structural design behind it:
The result is a packaging suite that looks premium, travels well, and aligns with Kiddom’s identity.
HyverHub sourced and produced key sampling components, including:
Consolidated procurement reduced vendor complexity and kept the brand consistent across every sample.
HyverHub handles every kitting element:
Every kit is built with consistency, accuracy, and an understanding of how educators interact with physical samples.
HyverHub stores Kiddom’s inventory and provides real-time visibility through its warehouse portal. Fulfillment is fast and dependable:
That reliability became a key advantage for Kiddom’s sales team.
Kiddom has grown 3x since restructuring its sales model and launching its new sampling program. Hands-on samples give reps a concrete way to show, not just tell, how the curriculum works in real classrooms.

HyverHub did more than build a sampling program. It established a flexible foundation that supports Kiddom’s long-term vision. As Kiddom expands its curriculum lines, enters new markets, and grows its sales force, HyverHub continually refines volumes, formats, and workflows so the sampling engine stays in sync with the sales team.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all playbook, HyverHub designed a high-touch model around Kiddom’s offerings, brand standards, and district expectations.
The result is a sampling model that is:
Today, Kiddom is backed by a sampling engine that matches its ambition to serve the education community, designed to grow as its reach expands.
